MEET THE TEAM

GINA

I used to hate working out, so I created something that made me like it. If there’s one thing I hear the most from girls in our community, it’s “I used to hate working out until JABS”, or “JABS made me actually like working out”. I think this goes to show that when you identify a problem in this world, you’re not alone. Probably other people have the same challenge. You just have to be brave enough to put yourself out there, but you'll find your people.

Through creating JABS and sharing it with the world, I have been the starter to many girls’ fitness journeys. It’s the most rewarding and fulfilling thing to know that I can help someone discover their love for exercise.

DYLAN

Eager to use her passion for fitness to impact the people around her, Dylan is a JABS instructor whose teaching journey began at the University of Florida, where she taught classes on campus.

While studying abroad in Florence, Dylan discovered JABS and knew she had to join this epic community in a bigger way. 2 years later, she is ready to continue bringing JABS to the next level worldwide.

LILY

With Lily, you get years of knowledge, training, and lovable personality to make you fall in love with working out. Lily’s fitness journey began with classical ballet at age 7.

After many years of training, including summers at Boston Ballet and earning a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the Boston Conservatory, Lily eventually transitioned from dance to pursue her pilates certification. Lily brings her years of knowledge, training, and lovable personality to make you fall in love with working out.

GRETA

Ciao! I'm Greta and you can find me in Florence! I am from Pennsylvania and my parents threw me on a pair of skis as soon as I could walk on two feet. So my discovery of how movement can make you feel free has been with me as long as I can remember, and is something I never imagined not having. I continued my fitness journey through not only skiing but other sports as well. I was introduced to yoga and pilates by my Mom who is a pilates instructor. I can still remember taking children’s yoga taught by my Mom on my mini yellow mat.

As an adult, I've continued my practice by going on to get my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2020 through Yoga Alliance. After my first year of teaching, I got my Pilates Certification and now love having the knowledge and variation to teach both methods. I love teaching because every class helps me become a better version of myself, and I love creating that same opportunity for others.
